Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hrs. prior to travel date.

2.  Cancellation requests should be received in writing on email or whatsapp for faster processing.

3. Cancellation requests will be accepted only from person making the booking.

4. Anybody making cancellation request on behalf of person who did the booking may be required to get consent from that person.

5. Approval of cancellation request strictly subject to approval by airline, hotel or travel partner.

6. Cancellation request once processed cannot be reversed.
