Are you a legitimate travel agency providing travel services?

We are a legitimate travel agency with our head office in Mumbai located at Heena Arcade, 2nd Floor, Office No. 217, Next to Dewan Centre, Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai-400102 and a valid GST registration from the Maharashtra GST council.

 

How do I pay for travel services purchased?

You may pay for the services by following modes of payment:

1. Cash

2. Net Banking

3. UPI (GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc.)

4. Cheque (Payment should be made at least 3 days in advance)

5. Debit/Credit Card (Payment Gateway Charges Applicable)

 

I am not sure which destination is suitable for my next trip. Will you guide me?

Our team of travel experts is trained to design your next trip as per your needs and will craft the best package as per your requirements and special requests if any.

 

What documents are required to book?

A. For Flight Tickets

• Photo of front & back page of Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel for International Flight Bookings.

• Photo of Aadhaar /PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Birth Certificate (If no documents available) for Domestic Flight Bookings.

B. Domestic Tour Packages

• Photo of Aadhaar/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Birth Certificate (If no documents available) for all travellers.

• Marriage certificate/photo of wedding card is required in case the booked hotel has restrictions on stay of unmarried couples.

C. International Tour Packages

• Photo of front and back page of Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel for all travellers.

• Marriage certificate/photo of wedding card is required in case the booked hotel has restrictions on stay of unmarried couples.

D. Visa

• Original Passport Booklet/Photo of front and back page of Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel for all applicants.

• Other documents as per visa application rules of the governing country for which is applied.

 

I am getting a better deal from another agency. Can you help?

There may be times you may get an offer less than what our travel expert may have quoted and we will definitely take the opportunity to give you a better price. Our travel expert will check if the offer you have received has services similar to our offer and then will check and try to match the price.

 

Do you provide GST input credit?

• We provide a tax invoice for all bookings and you may claim GST input credit if you have a valid GST number.

 

Am I insured during the trip?

• You may purchase a comprehensive travel insurance from us if you wish to get insured against any liabilities arising during the course of the trip.

• Our travel insurance plans cover you from any expenses you may incur in case of loss of baggage, trip delays, trip cancellations, hospitalization during the trip, medical expenses, transport of mortal remains, etc.

 

Can I pay once the tour is complete?

• Usually, we require 30% advance payment to confirm the booking and balance payment is required at least 10 days prior to travel date.

• We may require full payment for some bookings where our travel partners require us to pay in full for the booking.

• Your payments are safe with us and will be refunded as per the terms of cancellation and refund mentioned in the offer.

 

Do you offer payment in instalments?

• We do offer easy instalment options for your convenience and try to make it a hassle-free experience. EMI processing is subject to our banking partners and final assessment of your application to approve or reject and finance your booking depends on the discretion of our banking partners. Seven Seas Holidays is in no way affiliated to the approval/rejection of your finance application.

• Mode of payment for instalments, interest charges, etc. will be as per discretion of our banking partners and Seven Seas Holidays is in no way directly or indirectly linked to influencing the decision of our banking partners.

• Finance charges as applicable has to be borne by the applicant and is not included in the package price quoted in the offer.

 

What if I cannot travel due to any reason?

Any cancellation and refund claims will be served as per terms mentioned in the offer you have received prior to making the booking. Alternatively, if you would like to cancel and travel at a later date, you may do that by talking to one of our travel experts who will help you further with the amendments and payment of any extra charges if applicable.

 

What if my valuables are lost or stolen during the trip?

You are advised to take care of your valuables and belongings during the trip and it is solely your responsibility to take care of your belongings during the trip.

 

Will I get a refund if I skip some services mentioned in the tour package?

Our travel partners take utmost care to provide you all the services we have arranged for you but if you are unable to take any of the services, you will not be reimbursed as we have already paid for it and we do not get a refund from our travel partners for any unused services.
