- From 29 days up to 15 days before travel date, 30 % of total cost will be deducted.
- From 14 days up to 10 days before travel date, 50 % of total cost will be deducted.
- From 09 days up to 03 days before travel date, 75 % of total cost will be deducted.
- Between 48 hours to the day of service, 100 % of total cost will be deducted
- In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- All cancellation requests should be made in advance to avoid last minute hassles.
- Cancellation requests should be received in writing on email/whatsapp/in person on letter addressed to from person making the booking only.
- Any other individual making cancellation request on behalf of person who made the booking may be required to get consent from that person in the form of a verbal consent over the phone/email from their email address/NOC.
- Refund amount will be processed only to original payer’s account details and under no circumstances the amount will be processed to another person’s banking details.
- Cancellation request once processed cannot be reinstated. A new booking must be created in case you change your mind and want to continue with the booking. Cancellation charges from previously cancelled package as applicable will be charged.
