Day 1 – Bangalore to Coorg | Begin Journey to Western Ghats

• On arrival at Bangalore airport or railway station, get a warm welcome by our friendly driver cum guide and then begin your scenic journey through Western Ghats to hill station of Coorg.
• En route do sightseeing of Kushalnagara, Nisargadhama and Bylakuppe Tibetan Colony (Golden Temple). On reaching Coorg, check in to pre booked hotel or resort in Coorg and relax.

• In the evening, go to Raja Seat Coorg which is a garden built on an elevated ground overseeing the valleys that lie to the west. It is a popular viewpoint for gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset.

Day 2 – Coorg Sightseeing | Wonderful Waterfalls and Mighty Forts

Cancellation Policy:

1. No Cancellation Charges for Bookings Cancelled upto 30 Days Before Travel Date.
2. From 29 days up to 15 days before travel date, 30 % of total cost will be deducted.
3. From 14 days up to 10 days before travel date, 50 % of total cost will be deducted.
4. From 09 days up to 03 days before travel date, 75 % of total cost will be deducted.
5. Between 48 hours to the day of service, 100 % of total cost will be deducted
6. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
7. All cancellation requests should be made in advance to avoid last minute hassles.
8. Cancellation requests should be received in writing on email/whatsapp/in person on letter addressed to from person making the booking only.
9. Any other individual making cancellation request on behalf of person who made the booking may be required to get consent from that person in the form of a verbal consent over the phone/email from their email address/NOC.
10. Refund amount will be processed only to original payer’s account details and under no circumstances the amount will be processed to another person’s banking details.
11. Cancellation request once processed cannot be reinstated. A new booking must be created in case you change your mind and want to continue with the booking. Cancellation charges from previously cancelled package as applicable will be charged.

6. If you have made a group booking, we assume person who made the booking has shared all details of the booking like trip itinerary, hotel details, transport, meals, sightseeing, hotel voucher and tour confirmation voucher with other travellers in the group.

8. Seven Seas Holidays is in no way responsible if other members of the group are not satisfied with the choices or services of the trip selected by the person/tour leader who made the booking.
9. If you have booked flights/train/bus tickets on own, it is your duty to communicate the arrival and departure timings to your travel expert so they can arrange hassle free airport/railway station transfers.
10. Entrance tickets should be booked in advance at applicable charges to avoid last minute hassles. Seven Seas Holidays is not responsible if you do not get entrance tickets for your desired attraction or monument.
11. Travellers are fully responsible to check the quality of hotel/s provided to them for the trip either online or requesting photos of the hotel from our travel experts. If you are not satisfied with the hotel/s, immediately ask your travel expert to replace the hotel to your satisfaction before you finalize the itinerary for the trip.
12. Seven Seas Holidays cannot be held responsible if you are not happy with the hotel/s once the trip has started and no refund will be provided if you choose to book an alternate accommodation.

In the event your flight/train is delayed or rescheduled, Seven Seas Holidays is not responsible for any reimbursement of additional expense like accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, trip extension, flight rescheduling charges, alternate flight booking expenses or visa extension charges.
14. It is recommended you purchase a travel insurance to cover your trip for any additional expenses in the case of unsure events like flight/train delay or rescheduling, medical emergency during trip, trip cancellation, etc.
15. If you are travelling during winter to enjoy snowfall, we wish you get to experience snowfall during your trip. If there is no snowfall or you do not find snow anywhere, then Seven Seas Holidays cannot be held responsible for such natural events. Our driver will guide you if you can see snow in a nearby area and will take you if you agree to pay extra charges directly to the driver.
